Hopeful Hippies is an online resource for hip (though, any) surgery. The site offers realistic and positive stories about what to expect both pre and post-op, and offers information on the importance of “pre-hab” (how you take care of yourself before you undergo surgery).

I was delighted to be interviewed by the founder on the mind-body connection. This concept is universal to all we do and feel, big or small, painful or pleasant, and gives deeper meaning to all experiences.
